I have been ill with Covid-19 and I have been self-isolating.

I have been told I may hit a (“trigger”) warning for my absence. Please can you confirm in writing  that you will not take action against me for protecting my workmates, our clients and our community by responsibly self-isolating?

[And / or]

I have been told I will not get my normal pay for my period of absence self-isolating with Covid-19. Please can you confirm that I will after all be paid my normal pay for protecting my workmates, our clients and our community by responsibly self-isolating?

I am seeking the support of UNISON the Public Service Union and would be grateful for your response within five working days.
